We sell only 100% PURE MAPLE SYRUP. MAPLE SYRUP is made by boiling sap gathered from hardwood Maple Trees. Depending on the sugar content of the sap used, between 35 and 50 gallons of sap are required to make one gallon of MAPLE SYRUP. MAPLE SUGAR (candy) and CREAM are made by boiling syrup to various points beyond the syrup stage without additional ingredients.
Many factors, including the weather, determine the syrup quality. The highest quality syrup is light golden and delicately flavored.
